I wish I could say 'no'. We made him as comfortable as we could and working on breaking the fever. We just have to wait for the poison to leave his system.

[ Her crying turns into a whimper, because he's hurting and she wants it to stop. ]

How long will that take to happen?

I'm... not sure.

[He sighs, sounding even more tired than a moment ago.]

This isn't a poison I've dealt with before. It was potent though... it will probably be a bit.

[ She lets out a noise that's both frustrated and anguished. First Sina, now Merrick? She needs to come back to Skyhold, but she's volunteered for a mission and she can't abandon the others on her team. ]

If anything changes -- whether he's better or worse -- you'll let me know, won't you?

[ She sniffles a few more times. ]

You sound tired. You should let another healer take over and get some rest.

Cyril is watching him right now. At the moment... I don't think he can handle having someone else fuss over Merrick at the moment. I told him to contact me or any other healer if he notices anything wrong though.

All right. Cyril is the best person to be there. And... will you make sure Cyril remembers to eat too?

Yes, I will make sure he eats, too. I'll be checking up on him as much as Merrick.

[ He's probably tired, and hungry, and incredibly stressed right now. And Ellana isn't sure she's ever felt so helpless before. When she gets back, she'll be spending time with all her friends and letting them know how much they mean to her. ]
